Reconditioned devices with the Teacher's Card: what you need to know.

With the Teacher's Card you can purchase certain refurbished technology devices for educational and professional use. At Smart Generation, you can use the Card to purchase iPad (including Standard iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro 11, iPad Pro 12.9 and iPad Mini), MacBook Air e MacBook Pro (including 11″, 13″ and 15″ models), as well as iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Studio e Mac Pro. Also included are the Gaming PCas they can be used for educational purposes, and Apple accessories related to professional use.

It is currently not possible to use the Teacher's Card for the purchase of smartphone (e.g. iPhone e Android smartphones), game consoles (as Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox e Nintendo), and devices not directly related to educational use, such as the Apple Watch.

How to order with the Teacher's Card

Choose the product and go to checkout

The first step in using the Teacher's Card is to place an order on our website.
Browse our catalogue of refurbished devices and select the products you wish to purchase. Once added to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and complete the step of entering your personal data, shipping address and contact details.

This step is essential, because it allows you to know exactly the total amount of the purchase, including shipping costs (if any), so that you can generate the voucher for the correct amount.

Create the voucher and enter it online

Go to the portal cartadeldocente.istruzione.it, log in with SPID and generate a Voucher for the 'Hardware and Software' category corresponding to the order total.

Return to our site and paste the voucher code in the dedicated field of the checkout.

The system will automatically check the Voucher: if the amount is sufficient, the purchase will be completed; if the amount is less, the Voucher will turn into a discount, and you will see the remaining balance to be paid, which you can cover with a payment method of your choice, such as PayPal, credit card, instalments, cash on delivery or bank transfer.

Enjoy your Refurbished Product

Once we have received your purchase, we will proceed with the processing and shipment of your order.

All you have to do is wait for the delivery of your chosen device. If everything is correct, your order will be processed quickly, and you will receive tracking to follow the arrival of your product.
