Normally, it is the buyer who organises the pick-up with their own courier company. In the absence of a contract with a courier or shipping company, we will provide you with a quotation with one of our shipping services.

Smart Generation undertakes to check each product before sending it to you, but you have 14 days to check with your technicians that there are no hardware faults and that it is an eligible product for reconditioning and resale.

Since these are not refurbished products but used devices, it is not possible to determine the exact condition of the batteries.

In stock sales, any batteries built into products may be in various conditions, i.e. very good, good or acceptable. In some cases it may be necessary to replace the battery.

In general, however, the batteries are in excellent condition (>80%).

The appearance of the goods for sale can vary, ranging from excellent condition (A+ rating) to normal traces of frequent use (B/C rating).

The glass part (if present), although intact without cracks, may in some cases show traces of use such as slight to moderate scratches, small chips and various types of imperfections.

As far as the displays are concerned, it might be possible to notice some minor signs such as small white spots; however, any kind of lines, severe 'burn-in' damage or serious screen 'bleeding' problems are absent.

The back and sides of the devices, as well as any cameras, may show varying degrees of wear, from none to moderate or more important.
